Common questions
Is it safe to lose weight during pregnancy?
Pregnancy is not the time for weight-loss diets. The goal is healthy weight gain for your starting weight and a balanced intake for you and your baby, agreed with your obstetrician.
From what age can you see children?
Children of all ages can be seen with a parent present, from the start of solid foods through the teenage years.
My child eats very few foods. Can you help?
Yes. Picky eating is common. A calm, structured approach widens variety over time and makes sure key nutrients are covered meanwhile.
